Saint Bartholomew The Great
The Founders Tomb: of Prior Rahere, founder of the Priory and Hospital and a courtier to King Henry I, died in 1143. This tomb dates from 1405. It contains his remains and carries a figure dressed as an Augustinian canon.
The Lady Chalpel, from 1539 until 1880's the chapel was secularised, being used as a house, a printing works-where Benjamin Franklin worked- and finally a lace and fringe factory. It was restored in 1896.
